SALE PRICES
All prices are valid until august 2008 and until stock has run out. All previous prices and terms are replaced by the present. Prices are in euros  and do not include taxes. For all orders from France,  VAT tax must be added. The VAT rate applied to all goods except books is of 19.60% for France and CEE. In this same area, the VAT rate applied to books is of 5.50%. For all other countries, products are sold without taxes. Data, pictures and drawings are not contractual, reproduction being forbidden. All our quantity offers and all items presented on the website may be altered at any time. Girod International SARL reserves the right to modify prices until agreement with a customer.

SHIPMENT

Your order is shipped to the address of your choice, depending on stock availability. In France, shipment takes roughly 48h by post and 72h by messenger. For Europe, DOM TOM and the rest of the world, shipment takes between 1 and 3 weeks by international messenger. Shipment costs are automatically calculated on the website according to the weight of the items and the geographical area of shipment.

ORDER AND MODES OF PAYMENT

For France, orders can be sent by mail along with a payment by check. For France and the rest of the world, you may order at any time via our website www.agperf.com and pay with your credit card. To order on line, all you need to do is give the number that is written on your card (16 numbers), its expiration date and the last three numbers of the cryptogram that is at its back in the signature area. For special orders, and from a total of at least 1000 euros worth of goods, payment may also be done by credit transfer. In this case, please get in touch with us to know how to proceed.

ORDER SUPERVISION
As soon as they have arrived, all orders are confirmed by e-mail. If, for any reason, the item you have been sent does not meet your expectations, we will exchange it or reimburse you. Once the item has arrived to you, you have seven working days to send it back to us in its original condition and package. You do not have to give your reasons and you have to pay no penalty except the cost of returning the item to us. This clause cannot be applied to unpacked cds. In the event of the unavailability of an item, you will be immediately informed by e-mail. In this case, if you do not wish to wait, you will be fully reimbursed as quickly as possible.
